The Wentworth Woodhouse Preservation Trust own and manage Wentworth Woodhouse, one of the largest houses in Europe. The Trust is a Building Preservation Trust and will oversee the regeneration of the site over the next two decades.

The house was sold at the end of March 2017 for £7m following a 5 year campaign by SAVE and the Wentworth Woodhouse Preservation Trust.
The Preservation Trust will now embark on a major project to regenerate the site, consisting of the Mansion, Stables and Riding School, Camellia House, Ionic Temple and 83 acres of gardens, with a mix of new uses.

Wentworth Woodhouse will continue to be open to the public for pre-Booked guided tours, Weddings and many different types of Events, while phased repairs and developments are carried out.
